Susanne was the winner of CompTIA Association of Information Technology Professional’s 2018 Rising Star of the Year Award and a 2019 nominee for CompTIA Advancing Women in Technology Mentorship Guide Spotlight Award for her dedication in advancing the careers of future technologists. Susanne is also a 2020 recipient of the Technology Rising Star Award  for Women of Color STEM Magazine.

Dr. Marcelle Wilson Davis has over twenty years of experience assisting organizational leaders in the collection and analysis of workforce and recruiting metrics.  She is skilled in evaluating business landscapes and implementing projects and policies that enable organizations to integrate inclusion in business practices.  Additionally, Marcelle is experienced in providing leaders with the tools and strategies that equip them to move from the ideation of inclusion to the integration of it.  In addition to Marcelle’s robust experience in diversity and inclusion, she also has a background in academia.  Her career in academia includes both the design of MBA courses as well as the facilitation of courses that include but are not limited to Leadership, Strategic Management, Cross-Cultural Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Management and Diversity in Organizations.  She has published a book titled Measuring Inclusive Leadership with G.R.A.C.E. as well as articles in the Journal of Practical Consulting, the Journal of Business Diversity and the Journal of Leadership Accountability and Ethics.  Marcelle has presented at a variety of conferences, both nationally and internationally, for more than 10 years.

Marcelle received her Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University.
